CNC MACHINING: We have a 10’x5’ cnc router with an eight position tool changer and twenty
horsepower vacuum hold down. We will cnc machine parts from one to hundreds.
LASER CUTTING AND MARKING: We have a 12"x18" CO2 laser. We can laser engrave
coated metals and permanently mark non coated metals, plastic, wood and glass. The laser is
capable of cutting plastic, rubber and wood. This excellent for prototyping thin materials such
as gasketing.
VACUUM FORM MOLDS: Tooling for prototype and short run vacuum form plastic parts does
not require exotic and expensive materials. Design Manufacturers Inc. provides cost effective
tooling solutions. With a blending of cnc machining and skilled craftsmanship, we create tooling
for your most innovative products.
VACUUM FORMING: Our company specializes in short run vacuum forming of small plastic
parts. Fax or email us your specifications now, so we can quote you parts that are better made

PARTS TRIMMING: We use a combination of hand and cnc machining to bring your vacuum
form parts to final specification. We will also precision trim your parts vacuum formed at other
